While the world’s scientists scramble to discover a vaccine for the Coronavirus, as believers, we are equipped with something more powerful, and stronger than any man-made vaccination. We have the completed work of Christ on the cross, the blood He shed by His stripes is for our healing, and we have HIS Word on it. By confessing God’s Word, it activates its intended purposes so the Word accomplishes the reason God gave it to us (Isaiah 55:11).
I’m not opposed to using medications or vaccines, practicing social distancing, and increasing our personal hygiene practices, as I believe the Lord uses those to bring forth healing and to protect us from diseases.
God’s Word tells us how we over come the enemy. The coronavirus and the fear that came with it does not come from God, but from the evil one. And here’s how we defeat him and this virus …
“And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony. And they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die.” (Revelation 12:11 NLT).
Just as we confess Jesus as Lord with our mouth, when we confess the blood of the Lamb and the testimony He gave us (His Word at work in our lives), and we will overcome.
Here are seven healing Scriptures and declarations for you to confess over yourself and your loved ones.
“Let all that I am praise the Lord; may I never forget the good things he does for me. He forgives all my sins and heals all my diseases.” (Psalm 103:2-3)
I give You praise, O Lord. I won’t forget about any the good things You have done for me. You forgive me of all my sins and You heal me of all my diseases. Thank You for healing me and my family of any diseases, including the Coronavirus in my body or in my family.
“You must serve only the Lord your God. If you do, I will bless you with food and water, and I will protect you from illness.” (Exodus 23:25)
I serve only the Lord. Therefore, You bless all my food and water. You protect me and my family from illnesses including the Coronavirus.
“O Lord, if you heal me, I will be truly healed; if you save me, I will be truly saved. My praises are for you alone!” (Jeremiah 17:14)
Heal me, Lord, and I will be truly healed; save me and I will truly be saved. My praises are only for You!
“He sent out his word and healed them, snatching them from the door of death.” (Psalm 107:20)
Lord, I thank You that You sent out Your Word and You healed me, snatching me from the door of death. Amen!
“I will not die; instead, I will live to tell what the Lord has done.” (Psalm 118:17)
Coronavirus will not kill me or my family. We will live and tell what the Lord has done for us.
“‘I will give you back your health and heal your wounds, says the Lord.” (Jeremiah 30:17)
Jesus came to heal my wounds and restore my health. I receive what my Savior did for me. Amen.
““He took our sicknesses and removed our diseases.” (Matthew 8:17)
Jesus took my infirmities and removed my diseases, including the Coronavirus.
